Need a return? No problem! We strive to make your Fairtees experience simple and successful, to help fill your wardrobe with clothes that you are really happy with and will wear out - but we understand sometimes things don't go to plan! So if you need a product return, just send us an email at email@example.com.
We accept returns up to 60 days after the purchase date, and are happy to exchange, give store credit or refund (through your original payment method, ie. Paypal or Direct Deposit). The garment should be unused and unwashed, and returned with the tag still on.
*Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable (we will only refund the price of the garment/s), with the exception of garments damaged upon receipt and our mPort promo. However if you request a size/garment swap, we'll happily post the replacement to you for free. We can only send replacements or process refunds once we have received your original garment back at Fairtees HQ.
